On many occasion we are getting emails with questions that are not detailed enough or missing important information. Here are some tips to prevent unnecessary back and forth email exchanges between you and us:
- Please try to make your issue as clear as possible. In some cases , it is also recommended to include reference images or code parts that will help us understand more.
- If you think you have encountered and issue , It is recommended to specify your unity version and the version of Graph and Chart you are using. It is also recommended to say what is the expected behavior and what is the behavior you see with Graph and Chart.
- If you have more then one question, It is recommended to send all questions in one email.
- It is recommended to attach your invoice id to your first contact with support.
